Right of Withdrawal/Return
You have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without providing any justification. This withdrawal can be communicated in writing (e.g., by letter or email) or, if you have received the goods before the end of this period, by returning the items. The deadline starts upon receipt of this written communication but not before the goods are received by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not until the first partial delivery is received). Additionally, the deadline should not begin before the completion of our duty to provide information as stipulated in Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act to the Austrian Civil Code (EGBGB), and also our responsibilities according to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 of the Austrian Civil Code (BGB) in connection with Article 246 § 3 of the EGBGB. The timely dispatch of the withdrawal or the goods is sufficient to meet the withdrawal period. Please note that opened cosmetic products cannot be accepted for return. Returns are only accepted for undamaged items.
For a return to be permissible, the item must be unused and remain in the same condition as when received. The original packaging should also be intact.

Consequences of the Declaration
In the case of a valid withdrawal, the services exchanged by both parties shall be restituted, and any accrued benefits (e.g., interest) shall be relinquished. If you are unable to restore the received service or benefits (such as utilization advantages) wholly or partly, or only in a worsened state, you are required to provide compensation for the decreased value. Compensation is only necessary for the decline in value and derived benefits of the merchandise if the benefits or deterioration are a result of handling the items beyond what is essential for inspecting their qualities and functionality. "Inspecting the qualities and functionality" refers to the testing and examination of the respective merchandise as would be done in a standard retail setting. Items that can be packaged and shipped must be returned at our risk. You are responsible for covering the regular costs associated with returning the goods if the ordered merchandise aligns with the purchase. For items that cannot be packaged and shipped, arrangements will be made for their retrieval from your location. The obligation to reimburse payments should be fulfilled within a span of 30 days. The time period begins for you upon sending the withdrawal declaration or the goods, and for us, upon their reception.
You shall bear the direct costs of the return of the goods.
You shall only be liable for any possible loss in the value of the goods if this loss in value is to be traced back to actions that were not necessary for the examination of the composition, properties, and manner of functioning of the goods.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address information, we must charge the full return shipping costs.
